双流传动履带车辆实现方向盘控制的转向机构实体建模与仿真

摘要 详细介绍了用CATIA软件进行双功率流履带车辆转向机构控制箱体零部件三维模型的建立过程,同时进行了虚拟装配,通过运动仿真分析验证了此套机构的运动特点和运动规律。以CATIA三维设计软件为平台,采用数字样机(DMU)技术对方向盘控制装置进行了安装调试仿真和运动仿真,并对整套操纵装置零部件之间有无干涉现象进行了干涉检测。 CATIA is developed by Dassault Systems of France, as an integrated software of CAD / CAE / CAM. 3-D model building-up process for the control body and its parts is discussed in detail using CATIA in the paper, for tracked vehicles with double power flow differential turning mechanism, and the visual assembling is carried out. The movement simulation has validated the characteristics and the calculated movement of the mechanism. With CATIA 3-D as the design software platform, the electronic prototype technology is simulated, using DMU Kinematics function in Digital Mockup package. Interference detection has been carried on whole device considering interference between parts in motion.
