摘要
化工原理是食品科学与工程专业的一门重要专业基础课。笔者根据在福建农林大学金山学院的理论教学实践,结合化工原理课程的特点与独立学院食品专业人才培养的目标定位,主要从教学内容的组织、课堂教学方法与手段的实施、考核方式与课程成绩评定和教师自身业务能力的提升等四个方面进行探讨如何提高教学质量。
Chemical engineering principles was an important professional basic course for food science and engineering specialty.According to the author’s theory teaching practice in Jinshan College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,combined with the characteristics of principles of chemical engineering and independent college of food professional training goal orientation,in order to improve teaching quality,the paper discussed four aspects such as the organization of teaching content,teaching method,assessment methods and curriculum implementation of performance evaluation and teachers’ vocational ability.
