摘要
再造烟叶废水含有烟草物质、细纤维、半纤维素、木质素等难生物降解的有机物,采用生物处理技术很难达到理想的处理效果。臭氧-曝气生物滤池技术将化学氧化和生物氧化技术有机结合起来,首先采用臭氧氧化对这类废水进行预处理,改变难降解有机物的分子结构,以提高废水的可生化性,然后再用生物处理技术进一步将其矿化。高级氧化作为预处理,其处理费用大大降低,通过后续的生物处理保证处理的高效性,充分利用了各自的优势,从而达到相互补充的效果。本文通过对广东某烟草薄片技术开发有限公司的再造烟叶废水的臭氧-曝气生物滤池废水深度处理工艺应用实例介绍,为难生物降解有机废水的深度处理提供参考。
Reconstituted tobacco wastewater containing tobacco material,fine fiber,hemicellulose,lignin and other biodegradable organic matter difficult,using biological treatment technology is difficult to achieve the ideal processing effect.Ozone-biological aerated filter technology,chemical oxidation and biological oxidation technology organically,first by ozone oxidation pretreatment of the wastewater,and change the molecular structure of organic matter degradation,in order to improve the biodegradability of the wastewater biological treatment technology,and then further its mineralization.Advanced oxidation pretreatment,the treatment cost is reduced greatly,by subsequent biological treatment to ensure the high efficiency of processing,make full use of their advantages,so as to achieve the complementary effect.Ozone-based on a reconstituted tobacco wastewater Guangdong Tobacco Technology Development Co.Ltd.the BAF wastewater advanced treatment process application,provide reference for biodegradation of organic wastewater.
