造纸法烟草薄片废水的研究 被引量:24

摘要 造纸法烟草薄片废水在进水CODCr质量浓度8000~12000mg/L、进水COD负荷高达8~20kg/(m^3·d)、温度31~35℃时,经混凝预处理、厌氧、两段好氧、混凝脱色与过滤联合处理后CODCr质量浓度可降至50~80mg/L、色度为50-70C.U.或25倍。 The treatment of the wastewater from manufacture of tobacco slice by papermaking process with coagulation, anaerobic, two stage aerobic, decolorization and filtration process was studied. In particular the start-up of the anaerobic reactor was investigated in detail. The results showed that when CODcr concentration was 8000 - 12000mg/L and the COD load was as high as 8 - 20kg/(m^3· d) of the inlet wastewater, the effluent with CODCr 50 - 80mg/L, colourity 50 - 70C. U. was obtained after treatment.
