摘要
文章介绍了基于PLC的4色平台式丝网印刷机控制系统的设计方案,包括系统硬件设计、PLC软件设计和人机界面设计等。本系统的每一色的印刷用一台从站PLC控制,4台从站又受控于1台主站PLC;PLC控制伺服控制器,每台伺服控制器控制1台电机。主站PLC通过RS485通信端口对从站PLC进行数据传输和同步控制。控制系统通过触摸屏实现了从单色印刷到4色套印的多种控制方案。4色平台式丝网印刷机提高了印刷效率,增加了系统控制的灵活性,能实现多色印刷,具有较高的实用价值。
A design scheme of the fourcolor flatbed screen printing machine control system based on PLC is described. It includes the design of system hardware, PLC software and humanmachine inter face(HMI). One slave PLC controls one color printing, and the four slave PLCs are controlled by one master PLC. PLCs control the servo controller which drags the motor. The master PLC does data transmission and synchronization control to the slave PLCs through the RS485 communication port. The control system achieves a variety of control options from monochrome printing to fourcolor over print by the touchscreen. The system has very high practical values, such as improving the efficiency of printing, increasing the flexibility of the system, and achieving the multicolor printing.
