摘要
针对原山梨醇生产线控制系统的不足,进行了改造和扩建,通过现场触摸屏监控和就地手操相结合及手动控制和自动控制相结合,真正实现了对所有工艺段的全程监测和控制。文章以该系统为实例阐述了一个基于DH+网络技术的大型PLC控制系统设计和配置过程,并简单介绍了上位组态软件RSView32在PLC自动控制系统中的应用。
The reconstruction and expansion of the former control system of a sorbitol production line is introduced. The full-scale monitoring and controlling of all production processes is achieved through combining touch screen monitoring and local manual operating and combining manual and automatic control. The design and configuration of the PLC control system based on the DH＋ network are described and the application of the software RSView32 in the PLC control system is briefly introduced.
