摘要
目的:分析内外引流术对复发性胆管结石术后再复发的影响。方法:对59例复发性胆管结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:与B组患者相比,A组患者的术后复发率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胆管空肠内引流术治疗复发性胆管结石术具有较好的效果,能够促进术后结石再复发率的显著降低,值得在临床广为推广。
Objective To analyze the impact of internal and external drainage tp recurrent bile duct stones postoperative recurrence.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 59 cases of patients who were with recurrent bile duct stones and had been admitted.Results Compared to group B,group A patients’ recurrence rate was higher,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bile duct jejunum drainage has good results in treatment of recurrent bile duct stones surgery,can reduce the stone recurrence rate significantly.It deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.
