摘要
设计合成了二茂铁-六氨基己酸-精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨(Fc-Am-RGD)类酸靶向抗癌化合物。采用电化学,高效液相-电化学联用,MTT实验等着重研究了精氨酸上有无硝基保护对抗癌药物活性的影响。
Fc- RGD conjugate derivatives were synthesized in solution. Electrochemistry, HPLC -EC and MTT experiments were adpoted to analyze the effects of arginine with and without nitro - protection on the antitumor activity.
