摘要
针对110 kV线路9722上字型直线铁塔横担长度无法保证特殊气象条件下的安全运行间隙的情况,提出采用带电作业通过专用夹钳将防风偏支撑绝缘子固定在导线与塔身中间的设计思路,研制了带电安装防风偏支撑绝缘子的专用夹钳,具有操作方法简单、效率高、适用性广泛等优点,并在带电线路上成功安装,取得了良好的效果。
The length of 9722 upward-formed pole arm of tangent suspension tower of 110 kV lines can not ensure the safe operation clearance under circumstance of in special climate conditions. The paper proposes to adopt the design idea of fixing the anti-wind deflection supporting insulators between the line and tower by use of special clamps, and develops special clamps for live installation of wind-proof supporting insulators, which is characterized by simple operation, high efficiency and broad applicability. The clamps are successfully in- stalled on live lines and turn out to be quite effective.
