摘要
鸟害是威胁架空输电线路安全稳定运行的重要因素之一。根据近年来中国架空输电线路发生的鸟害故障情况,笔者对架空输电线路鸟害故障特征、形成机理进行了分析,对应用于中国输电线路的鸟害故障防治措施进行了全面分析和评价。鸟害故障的防治技术措施可分为驱鸟型、隔离型和引导型3类。驱鸟型措施是设法让鸟类远离架空线路设施,如安装防鸟刺、风车式驱鸟器等;隔离型措施是将鸟类活动与线路带电的关键部位分隔开,如安装绝缘防鸟隔板等;引导型措施是主动为鸟类提供栖息场所,使鸟类避开线路设施。期望为架空输电线路运行维护部门的鸟害防治工作提供借鉴和参考。
Bird damage is one of the important factors which threaten the safety and stability operation of overhead transmission line.According to the survey of bird damage accident situation on transmission line in recent years,this paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and the mechanism of bird damage.Besides,the prevention techniques for bird damage are also analyzed and evaluated.The prevention techniques can be divided into three types,viz.expelling type,isolating type,and guiding type.Expelling measure is to try to expel the birds from the overhead lines,such as installing anti-bird sting,windmill anti-bird device.Isolating measure is to isolate the bird activity from the key parts of the energized lines,such as installing insulated anti-bird clapboard.Guiding measure is to provide habitats for birds so that the birds can be avoided from the line facilities.It is expected to supply reference for the maintainers in the prevention work of bird damage.
