摘要
视频监控系统在变电站中得到了广泛应用,与其他系统的联系也越来越紧密。但是在其他系统调用视频资源时,存在2个异构独立系统交互实时性差、稳定性差和接口开发繁琐的问题,不符合智能变电站系统间调用无缝联接的发展要求。为此提出了一种视频智能组件,明确了视频设备在IEC61850协议中的功能规格和开发技术路线,为视频监控系统在智能变电站中的进一步应用进行了探索。
The video surveillance system has been widely used in substations and becomes increasingly relat- ed to other systems. However, when other systems request for video resources there are poor real-time of inter- action and stability of two heterogeneous systems as well as fussy interface development, which can not meet the development requirement of seamless link between requests among substation systems. Therefore, the pa- per presents a video intelligent component and defines function specification of the video equipment in IEC 61850 and technical route development, exploring the further application of video surveillance system in smart substations.
