电机电磁设计与三维CAD软件间的接口开发

摘要 研究了电机电磁设计软件RMxprt与三维CAD软件SolidWorks间的接口开发的原理及方法。针对常用的三相异步电机的各种槽形尺寸及其结构型式,采用VisualBasic编程提取电磁计算软件RMxprt的计算结果中有关的几何尺寸,并对SolidWorks进行二次开发,自动生成定子、转子的三维参数化零件。本研究成果是规划中的电机智能化集成设计平台的功能之一。 The principles and methods of interface development between the RMxprt and SolidWorks were studied. The dimensions and structures of three-phase induction motors were selected as research object in this paper mainly. Also, Visual Basic 6.0 was adopted as the developing tool. Firstly, the related geometric dimensions were extracted from RMxprt's result file. Then, the 3D parametric parts, including rotor and stator sheet, were modeled automatically according to the electromagnetic results through secondary development for SolidWorks. The research result in this paper was one of functions of the intelligent and integral package of motor design in considered planning.
