摘要
本文结合调制和锁相理论 ,论证了数字信号直接调制锁相源的可行性。研制的Ka波段锁相耿氏振荡器能实现 2 15 级 84 4 8kbit s的数字信号直接调频。
By combining the theory of modulation and phase locking,the feasibility of direct frequency modulation to phase locked oscillator is proved,and a phase locked Ka band Gunn oscillator is developed,which can be modulated directly by digital signal of 2 15 grade of 8448kbit/s This technique can make the cost of millimeter wave systems lower greatly
