摘要
本文提出了一种毫米波振荡器的光控新方法。与已有的方法不同,新的方法可给出正的光控频率变化。在我们的实验中,观察到了Ka波段Gunn氏振荡器150MHz的频率变化。
This paper proposed a new way to optically control millimeter-wave oscillators. Unlike previously reported optically controlled oscillators, the new way can produce a positive frequency variance. In our experiments, a frequency change of about 150 MHz has been observed in a Ka band Gunn oscillator.
