介绍了近几年国际微电子封装的特点和发展趋势 ,简述了我国微电子封装的现状和发展特点 ,并提出几点建议。
This paper describes the status and the trends of microelectronics packaging in the world and China.Some suggestions on promoting microelectronics packaging in China are given.
