摘要
政府与慈善组织关系研究具有重大的现实和理论意义,文章梳理了"国家-社会"框架中市民社会理论、治理与善治理论、法团主义、"国家在社会中"以及中国本土化视角关于政府与慈善组织关系的研究,为今后研究打下基础。
Study on the relationship between the government and charitable organizations have great practical and theoretical significance. In the framework of ＂State-Society＂, this article reviewed the theory of civil soci- ety, theory of governance and good governance, corporatism, ＂state in society＂, and the researches on the rela- tionship between the government and charitable organizations from the perspective of Chinese localization, which will build the sohd foundation for future research.
