慈善事业发展中的政府角色定位 被引量：30

摘要 基于中国慈善事业发展呈政府主导的现状,从慈善事业本身的特点出发,我们应当强调慈善事业发展中政府角色准确定位的必要性,分析目前政府在慈善事业的组织管理、资金支持、人事管理和募捐方式等方面存在的角色错位现象及其危害,并进一步分析论证慈善事业发展中的政府角色调适,即从主导慈善事业发展的领导者、组织者和管理者转变为引导和规范慈善事业发展的导航者、调控者和监督者。
