紫铜防爆锤椭圆锥孔的高效加工工艺技术研究

摘要 针对紫铜材料椭圆锥孔数控加工中的问题,采用了先铣平面、钻孔,再分层铣削椭圆孔的方法,解决了紫铜加工中的切削变形大、易黏刀等问题,实现较大直径钻、铣方案。在生产应用中具有孔的深度不受限制,椭圆长、短轴尺寸容易控制,铣削时平稳可靠等优点。 Aiming at red copper elliptic hole in CNC processing problems, a new method of first plane milling, drilling and then layered milling elliptical hole was provided, then the problems of large deformation and easy to stick knives in cutting the copper were solved, and a new scheme of drilling and milling large diameter red copper was derived. The scheme has the advantages of the depth of the hole is not restricted, the elliptic long and short axial size are easily controlled, and milling processing is stable and reliable in pro-duction practice.
