摘要
在实际机械加工中,要想高效地加工出高质量的产品,除了考虑工件材料的加工性能、刀具优劣、机床等因素外,选择合理的切削用量也是十分重要的。文章以加工小直径深孔为例,介绍了一种切削用量的理论优化方法。
With the intention to efficiently yield high-quality products in machining, the choice of rational cutting parameter is very important besides the influential factors of cutting performance, cutting tool, and machine tools. This article introduces a method of the academic optimization of cutting parameter by taking the machning of deep-hole with small-diameter drilling as a case study.
