摘要
为适应社会对人才类型的需求,结合我国人才特点及传统教育体制弊端,广州中医药大学采用"三段六步"法,通过把"学-自主探究(课前)"、"练-实践探究(课堂)"、"思-总结探究(课后)"三阶段将教学过程、经验总结、自身提高等过程融合在一起,有效提高了教师实践教学水平。
In order to adapt to the society's needs for talents types,combined with China's talents characteristics and defects of the traditional education system,Guangzhou University of Chinese Traditional Medicine has adopted the Three-phase and Six-step Approach.The three phases,namely," learning-independent inquiry(before class) "," drilling-practice inquiry(in class) " and " thinkingsummarizing inquiry(after class) " can integrate the teaching process,experience summary and selfimprovement and effectively improve teachers' practice teaching.
