创业教育导向下的校企合作长效机制研究与实践——以抚顺职业技术学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 围绕高职教育校企合作长效机制的建设,对高职创业教育及校企合作现状等方面的问题开展了调研。通过对抚顺职业技术学院毕业生跟踪调查和深入访谈自主创业毕业生、企业人力资源管理者,分析高职院校毕业生创业教育、自主创业的现状及社会职业岗位需求与毕业生自主创业能力之间的矛盾,找出创业教育及校企合作存在的问题。提出了构建以能力培养为主线,以学校、企业为支撑,以政府为主导,企业为主体,学校参与的校企合作长效运行机制的对策和建议。 Surrounding the consWaction of long-term mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation for higher vocational education, this paper develops a survey on the problems of higher vocational entrepreneurship education and present condition of coUege-enterprise cooperation. Through the tracking survey of graduates in Fushun Vocational Technology Institute and the deep interview of entrepreneurship graduates, as well as enterprise managers of human resource, it analyzes the present condition of entrepreneurship education and self- entrepreneurship for students in major of higher vocational finance and economics, and the contradiction between the requirement of social occupational post and the ability of graduates' self- entrepreneurship. R finds out the existing problems of entrepreneurship education and college-enterprise cooperation. It puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion of long-term operating mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation with the main line of ability cultivation, the support of colleges and enterprises, the domination of government, and the subject of enterprises, participating with colleges.
