摘要
由于招生制度改革,高职院校生源呈现出多元化趋势,生源质量不断下降。此情况下采用传统的"填鸭式"或单一的"项目教学法"已经满足不了教学需要。江苏食品药品职业技术学院针对食品加工技术专业的核心课程肉制品生产技术不同的教学内容,灵活运用任务驱动法、案例教学法、PBL教学法、项目教学法以及辩论教学法等多种教学方法,变"讲授知识"为"培养能力",变被动学习为主动探究,变"个人行动"为"团队协作",取得了较好的教学效果。
With the reform of enrollment system, students show the trend of diversification and gradual decrease of quality in higher vocational colleges. Under this situation, the traditional "spoon-fed" or single "project teaching method" can not satisfy the teaching requirement. According to the different teaching content of core cun'iculum of meat products production technology in meat processing technology major, Jiangsu Food and Pharmaceutical Science College flexibly applies various teaching methods, such as task driving method, case teaching method, PBL teaching method, project teaching method and debate teaching method. Teaching knowledge is transformed into cultivating ability, passive study into active study, and individual behavior into team cooperation, which has achieved good teaching effect.
