摘要
以培养学生分析解决问题的能力和创新能力为出发点,根据食品卫生学实践性和应用性强的特点,在食品卫生学教学中引入案例教学法,并对案例教学法的由来和内涵、在食品卫生学教学中的具体运用以及所取得的效果进行阐述。
As to foster students＇ ability of analyze and solve problems and innovation, the application of case method teach- ing in the Food Hygiene teaching according to the unique characteristics of its practicability and application. And the paper also talks about the ideas of how to actualize case teaching and the effect by using it.
