摘要
高职教育是一种职业特征明显的培养"实用人才"的教育,应依据高职教育的培养目标,从专业设置、课程模式、教学设计、实践教学等方面做好人才培养,其人才培养的教育模式就是以市场为导向科学设置专业,职业能力为核心进行课程教学模式设计,以学生为主体进行实践教学,只有构建特色鲜明的教育模式,才能达到培养"实用人才"的目的。
Higher vocational education is one kind of education for cultivating practical talents with obvious occupational characteristics. It should make talents＇ training work well from major setting, curriculum mode, teaching design and practical teaching according to the training objectives of higher vocational education. The mode of talents＇ training education is to set up major with the orientation of market, design curriculum teaching mode with the core of vocational ability, and make practical teaching with the main body of students. Only the featured educational mode can gain the goal of cultivating practical talents.
