摘要
教学改革的推进，生产性实训、工学交替、顸岗实习等教学模式的实行，给高职院校管理机制带来严峻挑战。组织结构的设计是高职院校管理机制创新的出发点。随着社会发展和环境变化，组织由静态结构向动态结构转化，高职教育组织结构也将采取扁平化、柔性化、团队化、边界模糊化为特征的新型的矩阵职能制组织结构。
The propulsion of teaching reform and the implementation of teaching models such as productive training, working and learning alternation and post practice have brought serious challenges to administration mechanism of higher vocational schools. The design of organizational structure is the starting point of innovation of administration mechanism. With the development of society and the change of environmen, the organization transformed form static structure to dynamic structure, the organizational structure of higher vocational schools will establish the organizational structure of new matrix function system based on the characteristic of fiat, flexibility, teamship and boundary obscurity.
