摘要
高职院校近年来发展迅速,办学水平不断提升,社会关注程度也越来越高,但其在改善民生、推动经济发展方式转变等方面还远未发挥应有的作用。必须从师资队伍、校企合作、考核评价体系、顶岗实习管理四个方面对高职院校当前发展中面临的问题进行分析,并提出相应解决途径,以期为高职院校整体办学水平提升和高职教育的健康发展提供理论支持。
With the rapid development of higher vocational colleges in recent years, levels and social concerns have raised but few satisfactory effects on improving people＇s livelihood and promoting transformation of economic development mode. This paper analyses current developing problems from teaching staff, college-enterprise cooperation, evaluation system and Dinggang internships management. This paper proposes corresponding solutions and is expected to provide theoretical supports for the overall educational level and healthy development of higher vocational colleges.
