摘要
宽厚板生产线板坯跟踪系统负责对整个生产线全程实时跟踪,以便有效控制各工序的正常运行。本文主要研究宽厚板Mulpic区域的板坯跟踪系统,介绍了板坯跟踪的位置检测、辊道的跟踪控制等,重点分析了板坯的跟踪原理及实现,以及钢板头部、尾部跟踪的实现方式,从而有效、有序地控制设备动作,保证生产顺利进行。
The slab tracking system for plate production is responsible for real-time tracking of the whole production line, in order to effectively control the normal operation of all processes. This paper makes a study on the slab tracking system for plate Mulpic area, and introduces the slab tracking position detec- tion, table tracking control and so on, and analyzes specially the slab tracking principles and realization as well as steel head, tail tracking realization ways so that equipment actions are controlled effectively and orderly, smooth production is ensured.
