摘要
宝钢5 m宽厚板轧机材料跟踪系统的全套电气设备及软件程序均从德国西门子公司引进。本文介绍了系统的构成和原理;分析了板坯和钢板的注册、注销方式;论述了自动同步、同步窗口和跟踪修正等系统功能。该系统试运行结果表明其完全可为生产控制提供有力保证。
The whole electrical equipments and software of material tracking system for 5 m heavy plate mill of Baosteel were provided by Siemens. In this paper, the constitution and principle of the system are introduced; the hooking in and hooking out modes of slab and plate are analyzed ; the auto-synchronization, synchronization windows, tracking correction and the other system functions are discussed. After a long time running, it shows that the system is very useful for production controlling.
