摘要
在智慧社区建设中政府主要承担指导与推进者的角色。本文根据智慧社区的定义,论述了智慧社区建设中政府主导的必要性,分析了政府主导与社区自治的关系,阐述了政府在社区建设中的相关职能。
The government is mainly responsible for guiding and promoting on intelligence community building. This paper based on the definition of intelligence community, and summarized the necessity of a government -led on the intelligence community building, analyzed the relationship of the government - led and the community autonomy, described the government functions on community building.
