摘要
我国目前的机焦产量位居世界首位,而大规模的机焦生产,将面临一个十分重要的焦炉气使用问题,如果将大量的焦炉煤气排放到空气中,必将造成大气严重污染,而且浪费宝贵的化工资源。在这种背景下,通过对焦炉煤气实际应用的叙述,结合市场经济、环境等因素,阐述了合理利用焦炉煤气制合成氨、尿素,联产甲醇的生产技术,分析了经济效益和社会效益,展望了生产技术的发展前景,提出焦化行业要向高附加值化工行业方向发展。
At present, the output of eoking industry in China is biggest in the world,and large-scale coking industy production will occur a very important problem of the uses of coke oven gas, if a lot of coke oven gas are discharged into the air,the serious pollution will be caused and some valuable chemical resources are wasted. Under this background,based on the practical uses of coke oven gas, combined with market economy, environment and other factors, the production technologies of synthetic ammonia, urea and methanol from coke oven gas were expounded, the economic and social benefits were analyzed, the development prospect of the coke oven gas were put forward which was coke products turning into high value-added chemicals.
