摘要
本文以宝钢 1997年底投产的变压吸附制氢装置为研究对象 ,叙述了变压吸附制氢机组的工作原理 ,各个吸附器的工作时序 ,变压吸附焦炉煤气制氢的典型流程 ,以及变压吸附装置中吸附塔的设计与制造规范 ,总结了该方法用于制取高纯度氢气的益处。
Based on the hydrogen production unit by pressure swing adsorption started up in 1997 in Bao Steel,this paper gave its operating principle,each adsorber's operation sequence and the typical process in hydrogen production using coke oven gas by pressure swing adsorption.This paper also narrated the designing and manufacturing specification of adsorber towers in adsorption unit,summarized the benefits.
