摘要
集群租金是产业集群的动力之一,产业集群从萌芽到成长、成熟,最终面临着衰落,集群租金会逐渐地消失。文章通过网络视角来研究产业集群的租金创造与升级之路,认为在集群的网络组织中,交易成本的极大降低以及知识共享性的加强,使各企业之间的知识存量足以能够创造知识租金,为产业集群带来新的价值链,通过创新来推动产业集群的升级。
Cluster rent is one of the driving forces for industrial clusters, and will eventually disappear as industrial clusters grow from infancy to maturity and finally go downhill. By studying the rent creation and upgrading of industrial clusters from the network perspective, the present paper holds that the great reduction of transaction costs and the enhancement of knowledge sharing within the network of industrial clusters ena- ble the knowledge stocks of enterprises to create knowledge-based rent, bringing new values to the industrial clusters and promoting the upgrading of the clusters through innovation.
