摘要
在轧钢过程中,为保证高压水系统压力的平稳性,可采用特定泵组与特定轧机喷射区域连锁控制的方式,即直供系统。采用直供连锁控制方式,可在极大程度上消除轧钢时多点除磷所造成的系统瞬时压力降,保证了除磷打击力,提升了除磷效果。
In the steel rolling process, to ensure the stability of high pressure water system pressure, pump group and can be used at a specific mill spray area chain control way, namely direct supply system. The use of straight chain for control mode, can be resolved for the most part of steel roiling more phosphorus removal at the same time when the transient pressure drop caused by the system, guarantee the phosphorus removal force, improve phosphorus removal effect.
