摘要
目的落实《卫生部2010年“优质护理服务示范工程”活动方案》,探索能够达到基层医院优质护理服务效果的护理工作模式。方法选择我院消化内科2009年4月~2010年3月住院患者1621名为对照组,另选2010年4月~2011年3月住院患者1831名为观察组,对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行优质护理;自主设计问卷调查,并对实施优质护理前后效果进行比较。结果对照组与观察组比较,患者的满意度增加,从88.65%上升到98.47%;护士总体满意度从78.0%提高到了93.0%;组间差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论优质护理服务是一项利国利民的系统工程,需培养一支高水平、高素质、专科化、稳定的护理团队,并持续改进、优化护理工作模式。
Objective To implement the ministry of health in 2010 high quality nursing service demonstration pro- ject activities ,explore the effect of high quality nursing service and achieve grassroots hospital nursing work mode. Methods 1621 patients and 1831 patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing. The patients was in- vestigated with questionnaire. Results The patient satisfaction of control group and observation group were 88. 65 % and 98. 47 % and the nurse's satisfaction were 78 ~ and 93%. The difference between groups was statistically significant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing is a system engineering, must cultivate a high level, high-quality, specializa- tion, stable care team.
