摘要
目的评价单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法将儿科门诊52例疱疹性口腔炎患儿按就诊顺序随机分成实验组和对照组各26例,两组除同时采用一般治疗外,实验组肌肉注射单磷酸阿糖腺苷加口服康复新液;对照组口服利巴韦林治疗,5天后比较两组临床疗效。结果实验组治疗后临床症状、体征改善迅速,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组总有效率100.0%,对照组总有效率76.9%,实验组有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后均无明显不良反应。结论单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎临床症状改善快,有效率高且安全,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of vidarabine monophosphate combining Kangfux- in solution in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis in children. Methods 52 cases of herpetic stomatitis in the pediatric clinic of our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group （26 cases in each group）. Besides general treatment applied in both groups, the experimental group was treated with intramuscular vidarabine monophos- phate plus oral Kangfuxin solution, while the control group was treated with oral ribavirin. Results After treatment, the experimental group more rapidly improved their clinical symptoms and signs compared to the control group （P〈0.05）. The experimental group had a significant higher effective rate （100%）, than the control group （76.9%） （P〈0. 05）. No significant adverse reactions were observed in either group of children after treatment. Conclusion It could get a faster improvement of the clinical symptoms in treatment of herpetic stomatitis in children with vidarabine monophosphate com- bining Kangfuxin solution. It is a safety treatment with high efficacy, and is worthy of clinic application.
