摘要
目的观察利巴韦林气雾剂联合应用康复新液对小儿疱疹性口腔炎的临床效果。方法选用符合诊断标准的疱疹性口腔炎患儿76例,随机分2组,利巴韦林气雾剂组38例,口腔喷用利巴韦林气雾剂;联合组38例,利巴韦林气雾剂口腔喷用同时合用康复新液口腔喷用。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后联合组总有效率,退热时间,疱疹消退时间,均较利巴韦林组效果显著,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.575,P<0.01)。结论利巴韦林气雾剂联合康复新液治疗疱疹性口腔炎,疗效好、起效快安全、方便使用、减少痛苦、无毒副作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ribavirin aerosol combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis in children. Methods Seventy-six children meeting the diagnostic criteria for herpetic stomatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The Ribavirin aerosol group, consisting of 38 children,was given oral spray of Ribavirin aerosol. The combination group was given oral spray of Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of group B. Results After the treatment,the combination group showed significantly better efficacy than the Ribavirin group in the total effective rate, fever abatement time and herpes recession time, with statistically significant differences（t=5.575, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Ribavirin aerosol combined with Kangfuxin liquid is effective, fast,safe,convenient,painless and free of toxic and side effects in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis,thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
