This paper introduces how to implement high-fidelity simulation in medical nursing course including pre-stimulation prepara- tion, teaching organization and executing the simulation scenario, reports the new approach which has positively improved students' problem solving ability, team cooperation, clinical confidence and learning interest, and summarizes some key points of effective simu- lation, emphasizing the importance of debriefing.
