摘要
通过实验发现单叶蔷薇核型组成为2n=2x=14-10m+4sm,即具有10条中部着丝点染色体,4条近中部着丝点,相对长度最大的是ml,其次是sml、最小的是t10,分别为7.80,6.76,3.70。臂比值在1.12~1.90之间,核型分类属1B。根据核型分类标准发现单叶蔷薇的核型应属于蔷薇属中较特化的类型。
From the test we found that the chromsome form of Hulthemia berberifolia (Pall.)Dumort. was 2n= 2x= 14= 10m+4sm,it had 10 m and 4 sm. The biggest was 7.80, second was 6.76, the smallest was 3.70. The rate of arm was 1.12 -1.90. The type of chromsome was lB. On the base of chromsome criterion it should belong to special species of Rosa.
