摘要
作者主要对红刺玫细胞染色体计数,并对其核型进行分析。研究结果表明:红刺玫的染色体为三倍体,2n=3x=21;核型公式为2n=3x=21=18m+3sm,属于2A型。
Chromosome number and karyotype of Rosa multiflora Thunb. var. cathayensis Rehd. were analyzed. The result showed that the Chromosome was triploid, 2n= 3x= 21. The karytoye was 2n= 3x= 21= 18m＋3sm , which belonged to ＂2A＂ type.
