摘要
借助Eviews5．0软件，分析了江苏省东台市2001～2010年城市土地集约利用与经济增长间的协整关系和因果关系，发现城市土地集约利用与经济增长间存在长期的均衡关系，并得出结论：经济增长在前期是土地集约利用的格兰杰原因；当后者发展到一定程度时，两者均不为另一方的格兰杰原因。
By using Eviews 5.0 software, the author analyzed the cointegration and causal relationships between the urban land intensive use and economic growth of Dongtai city in Jiangsu province from the year 2001 to 2010. It was found that there was a long - term equilibrium relationship between the urban land intensive use and economic growth. Finally we concluded that the economic growth was the Granger cause of the land intensive use at prophase, and the two were not the Granger cause of the other as the land intensive use developed to a certain degree.
