M形切口双侧同时开颅在治疗脑疝中应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价M形切口双侧同时开颅在治疗脑疝中应用价值。方法本研究分A、B组。A组:2004年6月至2007年5月入选病例39例,首次术式为单侧标准大骨瓣开颅血肿清除加去骨瓣减压,部分二次行对侧血肿清除及去骨瓣减压术;B组:2007年6月至2010年7月入选病例29例,均行双侧同时开颅去骨瓣减压手术,除术式有差异,手术操作及药物治疗等基本一致。结果评估两组患者术后的疗效,比较A、B两组术后GOS评分(P<0.5%),有统计学意义。结论 M形切口双侧同时开颅在抢救脑疝病患,特别是晚期脑疝病患中有较高的应用价值。
