双侧开颅手术治疗重型颅脑损伤76例体会 被引量：12

摘要 目的探讨双侧开颅手术治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果。方法回顾性分析2003年6月至2012年6月收治的76例重型颅脑损伤患者的临床资料,均行双侧开颅手术治疗。结果术后随访1年,按GOS评分标准,恢复良好18例,中残13例,重残12例,植物生存9例,死亡24例;死亡率为31.6%。结论严格掌握手术适应症,积极双侧开颅手术治疗重型颅脑损伤,可取得一定效果。
