摘要
采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对钢厂用炉底辊主要结构(内伸轴直径、内圆板厚度等),在不同温度、载荷下的应力及变形状态进行分析。通过结构优化提高炉底辊的强度和刚度,同时为兼顾产品经济性进行了成本控制设计。
FEA software ANSYS is applied in stress and strain distributions analysis of key structures in various working condi- tions for the furnace bottom roller. Both the structure optimization design and the cost reduction evaluation is carried out, With the results, the mechanical strength, stiffness and product economical efficiency of the furnace bottom roller are improved.
