摘要
对陶瓷复合涂层炉底辊辊面结瘤现象,采用XRD、SEM和EPMA等手段进行取样分析研究,结果表明,陶瓷复合涂层炉底辊表面结瘤的瘤子主要成分是铁。在金属铁层与陶瓷涂层之间,形成一层约200 mm的金属陶瓷混合层。金属瘤子的形成是一个积累过程,最初是较大铁颗粒(40 mm×20 mm)粘附,或超细铁颗粒(φ2~3 mm)堆积在辊面上,并与金属陶瓷混合层中的铁,形成多点紧密结合,造成辊面粗糙,且不易磨掉,在与钢板摩擦过程和磨辊过程中,导致多层铁的大量堆积,形成较大的瘤子。因此,金属陶瓷混合层的形成陶瓷涂层是炉底结瘤的主要原因。
The build-up phenomena of ceramic coated rolls were studied by XRD, SEM and EPMA. Results showed that the main composition of build-up was iron. A 200mm thick iron-ceramic mixed layer was formed between the build-up and ceramic layer. The formation of build-up was an accumulating process. At first some relatively large iron particles or superfine iron powders stuck to the Fe phase in iron-ceramic mixed layer and therefore a lot of iron piled up on them during friction with steel strip to form a large build-up. It was concluded that the iron-ceramic mixed layer promoted the formation of build-ups.
