摘要
建立锻造操作机带有凸齿结构的钳口有限元模型,在钳口与工件的接触区域添加位移约束,经静力分析得到钳口的应力结果。在不影响钳口夹持性能的条件下,选取恰当优化变量,对钳口进行钳口质量最小、应力不超过许用应力为优化目标的结构优化,减轻重量18.3%。
The finite element model of forging manipulator's jaw with tooth is built. The displacement constraint is made on the contact region between jaw and workpiece, which can be obtained through the geometrical relationship. The results about the stress on the jaw are received through the statically analysis in finite element analysis (FEA) software. Without influencing the properties of gripping, the structure optimization is achieved with the property optimization variable, and the jaw's weight is 18.3% reduction with the satisfaction of strength requirement.
