摘要
介绍了一种直缝焊管生产线中钢管精整机的辅助设备结构及工作机理,对模具进行进一步优化改进设计。研究了对不同规格钢管精整时,所采用模具的型腔结构大小的设计参考公式;因生产线需求,设计了一种对模具实现快速更换装置,结构简单紧凑,实效性好,保证整线的生产节奏。
The machine structure and working mechanism of auxiliary equipment of steel pipe finishing machine in the straight seam welded steel pipe production line are introduced, further optimization and improvement to the mold design are done. De- sign reference formula of the mould cavity structure size is studied while finishing different specification steel tube, Due to the production line demand, a device is designed to realize quick die change, the structure is simple and compact, actual effect is good, the whole line production rhythm is ensured.
