摘要
快速换模是通过工业工程的方法,将模具的产品换模时间、生产启动时间或调整时间等尽可能减少的一种改进方法。快速换模是精益生产的重要组成部分,对稳定产品质量,提高生产效率,降低成本起到决定性作业。笔者叙述了快速换模的意义,并通过某供应商的冲压换模为案例,系统地描述了如何实施快速换模。
