达纳康对老年期痴呆的促智及提高ADL能力的疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的 研究达纳康 (Tanakan,天保宁 )治疗老年期痴呆的疗效。方法 将 80例 诊断为老年期痴呆患者随机分成两组，治疗组 40例口服达纳康，对照组 40例口服三乐喜 (Aniracetan阿尼西坦 )，疗程 3个月。两组病人治疗前后分别作 MMSE、 ADL、 WMS量表及血液流变学检测，并做统计学处理以评定疗效。结果 治疗组治疗后 MMSE均分增加， ADL均分降低，与对照组相比均有显著差异
