摘要
目的 探讨脑缺血再灌注后神经细胞内蛋白激酶 C(PKC)的激活与游离钙的变化与神经细胞调亡的关系。方法 线栓法制做大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型;磷基转移法测定 PKC活性变化。结果 PKC在脑缺血再灌注后出现了易位激活,细胞内游离钙含量增多及神经细胞调亡 。结论 脑缺血再灌注后 PKC和钙相互作用共同促进了神经细胞的凋亡。
Objective To probe into the relation of PKC activated the change of intracellular free calcium content with neuronal apoptosis .Method Focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model was esteblished in wistar with suture method ;PKC activity was measured with phosphoryl abevacuation .Result PKC was activated after cerebral ischemia /reperfusion ,increased intreased intracellular free calcium content induced neuronal apoptosis.Conclusion The interrelantion of calcium and PKC induced neuronal apoptosis after cerebral ischemin/reperfusion .
