摘要
以初始组织为铁素体和珠光体的热轧Q345B无缝钢管为原料,通过中频感应热处理工艺,开发出基体组织为铁素体和马氏体的双相钢无缝钢管,并通过循环处理工艺得到基体为超细晶组织的双相钢无缝钢管。介绍了对这种双相钢无缝钢管进行中频感应热处理的工艺设计,热处理工艺试验的过程及试验结果。研究表明:中频感应淬火热处理工艺应用于双相钢无缝钢管的开发是完全可行的。
The seamless steel tube in the dual phase steel containing ferrite and martensite as base structure is developed by means of getting the hot-rolled Q345B seamless steel tube with initial structure composed of ferrite and pearlite processed with the medium-frequency induction heat treatment. And then, the dual phase steel tube is further subjected to the circular processing to get ultra-fine grain base structure of it. Described here are the major aspects of the said medium-frequency induction heat treatment process for the dual phase steel tube, including the process de- sign, testing of the heat treatment process and the result. The research result leads to the conclusion that it is quite practical to use the medium-frequency induction quench process for developing the seamless dual phase steel tube.
